About the Program:
The SBIF Asha Scholarship Program 2024, one
of India's largest scholarship programs, is an initiative of the SBI Foundation
under its education vertical -Integrated Learning Mission (ILM). This program
aims to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from low-income
families across India, ensuring the continuity of their education. This
scholarship is open to students from Class 6 to PG and those pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses from the top 100 NIRF
universities/colleges and IITs or MBA/PGDM courses from IIMs. Selected students
can receive a scholarship of up to INR 7.5 lakh to support their educational
endeavours.
Eligibility:
- Open for Indian nationals only.
- Applicants must study in
Class 6 to Postgraduates in the current academic year.
- Students must have secured 75%
marks or above in their previous academic year.
- The gross annual family income of
the applicants must be up to INR 3,00,000.
